The Pyramids of Giza. Built in the Old Kingdom. They are (from right to left) Khufu (Cheops), Khafra (Chepren) and Menkare (Mycernius). Khafra's pyramid looks higher than the Great Pyramid, but that is an illusion, it is only built on higher ground. The Pyramids were used as tombs for the 4th Dynasty Pharaohs. Khufu's Pyramid is also known as the Great Pyramid, and is one of the Seven World Wonders.
